Recorded in Kolmården, Sweden, the film follows Archive Agent 3302 as he collects noise for the fictional Archive of Unknown Sounds, an institution represented solely by a wooden and copper antenna. Meanwhile, an anonymous bureaucrat monitors the agent’s progress, through dialouge that appears as text.
